It’s that time of the year when we all get ready for groups of kids who will come in an attempt to extort candy from us in exchange for cuteness. We don’t get many trick or treaters in our neighborhood because everyone who lives here is, shall we say, advanced in age. But some parts of the city do get lots of young morsels…I mean kids coming to the doors. This is what you see in THOSE neighborhoods. Happy Halloween, everyone.
A good way to keep kids away — I’d be too scared to go to that house! It was a chilly but dry evening here, so we got 40+ trick-or-treaters tonight — a good turnout for our ‘hood. But we still have a ton of candy left. Darn. 😉
I think the spider thought he was hidden 🙂 Halloween here was a wash out, literally. Montreal “officially” postponed it until tonight. I didn’t hear if a similar proclamation was made for Quebec City. Last night, though, we had high winds and a couple inches of rain, which was the reason for concern for the kids. It’s a shame you have so much candy left over. What will you do?
